Training: Boosting partners and your customer solutions even better

From July 29th  until to August 1st we were in Mexico to train the team of Rhino Systems, a recognized partner of Microsoft and Traviata (https://www.rhino.systems/en/project/traviata/).

Rhino Systems is a mexican company that offers solutions based on Dynamics for the financial and educational sector mainly. Its cloud technology is integrated into the core systems of each institution automating its manual processes and improving its response times, as well as the experience of its customers.

Rhino is currently developing and implementing a solution for one of the biggest financial groups in their country, for which we will improve their customer service with our flagship insurance product: Traviata.

For this reason, fulfilling our commitment as partners, we train their team on the functionalities of our product and in Single View Builder and Sales Journey Assistant (www.cemaddons.com); the excellent combination for the software platform that will help customers improve their insurance activities.

We also helped them in business process alignment to ensure Traviata is the perfect fit. It was a great and inspiring week with one of the biggest Microsoft Dynamics 365 players in Latin America!
